Payy Launches Finality Feature, Introducing a Reimbursement Appeal Mechanism
2026-09-11 10:37:42
According to CoinMeta, the privacy-stablecoin payment network Payy has launched a stablecoin payment infrastructure Finality that introduces a "reclamable deduction" feature similar to that of credit cards. Users can set a short-term recourse period when making payments, and the funds are credited to the recipient immediately. The liquidity provider assumes the responsibility for ensuring this process. In case of fraud, mistransfer, or commercial disputes, the payer can submit evidence for adjudication by a neutral arbitrator. Upon approval, the funds can be recovered without reversing the transactions on the blockchain. Payy is currently inviting payment service providers, liquidity providers, and arbitrators to join the network.
