Murphy: Bitcoin Faces Triple Resistance at $82,000
2026-09-12 01:11:33
According to CoinMeta, analyst Murphy stated that Bitcoin is facing three major obstacles at $82,000: profit-taking by short-term holders, a desire for long-term holders to exit their positions, and selling pressure from large whales. Short-term holders' positions are distributed between $59,000 and $81,000, and breaking through $82,000 could trigger selling pressure for profits. Long-term holders' positions are concentrated between $81,000 and $82,000, and they tend to exit when the price approaches breakeven. Large whale groups holding more than 100,000 coins ($BJWKEEP_00002__) are distributed around $40,000, with the remainder concentrated between $78,000 and $82,000.
