According to CoinMeta, the Federal Reserve of the United States announced an increase in the benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points, raising the target range to 3.75%-4.00%, which is the first rate hike in three years. Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Walsh stated that inflation is still too high, and there may be more rate hikes in the future. Despite the rate hike, the price of BTC remains stable around $76,045. The overall crypto market is valued at approximately $2.67 trillion, and within the past 24 hours, 86,565 traders were liquidated, resulting in losses of about $328 million.
