(New York Stock Exchange ticker: AB) announced today that they will release their financial and operational results for the third quarter of 2026 before the opening market on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

Management will hold a teleconference at 9:00 a.m. Central Time to review the relevant performance. The teleconference can be watched via live webcast on the AB Investor Relations website, with the URL being: https :// www.alliancebernstein.com / corporate / en / investor-relations.html.
