NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated on Thursday that the demand from “new types of cloud service providers” is “astonishingly high,” but the scarcity of capital is hindering growth.

Jensen Huang said in an interview with Arjun Kharpal during the break of the company GTC conference held in Berlin on Thursday: "If you look at the fundamentals, the demand from new cloud service providers is astonishingly high." He also added that the capabilities of these enterprises are "unusual."

Jensen Huang said, "What is missing in the middle is the working capital to drive this growth... because there is such a huge demand for AI in so many industries, and capital is becoming scarce."

He also stated, "The demand for capital far exceeds the availability of capital. This issue will eventually be resolved."

This is breaking news, and it may be updated later.
