Los Angeles, November 1, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (Nasdaq ticker: FFR) ("FFR" or "the Company") is a California-based embodied AI ( EAI ) robotics ecosystem company. Today, it released its weekly business update brought by FFR and FF founder and Global CEO YT Jia.
YT: Welcome to the 79th weekly report. Jerry and I are recording this week's report outside the offices of FFR / FFAI in New York and the Northeast region. This is also my first report since I became the FFR Chief Executive Officer. FFR has officially listed on the U.S. stock market, becoming the first company solely focused on "four-core full-stack" AI humanoid and bionic robots.
For me and the entire team, this marks a new beginning, as well as greater responsibilities, missions, and opportunities. The weekly report has been an important driving force for change within the company over the past year or so, and we will continue to release it on a weekly basis. We hope that it will become a catalyst for growth in our industry, as well as a platform for industry-wide communication. Physical AI
The first piece of good news this week is our sales performance for October. FFR In October, we sold and shipped 351 units, setting a new monthly record. Since we started selling and delivering products at the end of February, the cumulative sales and shipments have reached 1,168 units, surpassing 1,000 for the first time. Moreover, we continue to achieve positive gross margins per unit. As the first company to deliver humanoid and bionic robots in the United States, FFR is transforming our early-mover advantage into a leading position in the competition. The advantages of our “four-core full-stack” AI products and technologies are also continuously translating into sales results.
In October, sales exceeded 350 units, with a cumulative total of over 1,000 units sold. The significance of this is reflected in four aspects.
1. This strengthens the foundation of our annual guidance. The growth in October met expectations. We currently anticipate that the average monthly sales and shipments for November and December will both exceed 400 units, which gives us more confidence in achieving our annual target of selling and shipping approximately 2,000 units of the acquired robotics business on an independent basis for the whole year.
2. The commercialization of our four major industry ecosystems is accelerating, with the education ecosystem leading the way. The education ecosystem is rapidly expanding from Los Angeles to the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Regional replication has begun to show results and is laying the foundation for expansion across the United States. The security and inspection ecosystem has entered the proof-of-concept phase. In the fields of commerce and services, we are working with clients to refine practical application scenarios and verify them in real-world settings. In the industrial and logistics sectors, development continues, building up product and technical capabilities for future scaling.
3. This indicates that the inflection point for the Physical AI industry is approaching even faster.
4. The evolution flywheel of the four-core full-stack AI ecosystem is beginning to take shape.
The second major advancement is that the New York-area operations of FFR and FFAI have now been launched, and they have officially begun recruiting business partners. The first phase covers New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, southwestern Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania, with a focus on three key areas:
Focusing on the four major industry ecosystems, we will proceed in steps with regional customer development, channel construction, and building ecological partnerships, gradually creating a closed-loop regional business that covers product sales, solution deployment, and operational services. We will also accelerate the implementation of RoboShare on the East Coast of the United States to help it grow faster into the largest robot-sharing platform in North America with the most diverse range of robots.
3. We will leverage the rich resources of government affairs and public institutions in New York and on the East Coast of the United States to deepen cooperation with relevant organizations and create conditions for the faster expansion and scaling of FFR.
Last week, the listing ceremony and first investor day of FFR were successfully held in New York. FFR not only attracted the attention of Wall Street, but our robots also caught everyone's eye throughout New York. On the streets of Manhattan, in parks, and at event venues, they immediately drew crowds. Well-known American media outlets such as CBS News and The New York Post reported on the events on-site. This further strengthens our belief that Physical AI is gradually becoming a part of daily life, and FFR is leading this transformation.
In terms of FFAI, we will advance our upgraded strategy: “Robotaxi shared network + AI VisiCabin operators + Physical AI investment holding company.” We will leverage the capital markets and industrial resources of New York to promote investment, business incubation, and holding opportunities along the Physical AI value chain. This will also coordinate with our Robotaxi business that we are preparing in the Los Angeles area, creating a linkage between the East and West coasts.
Recruitment will also begin in the New York area. We welcome talents from various fields of the Physical AI industry to join us in driving innovation and strengthening our ecosystem.
What New York has brought us is not just the successful listing of FFR. It has opened a new chapter. Our goal is to become number one in the field of robotics education in the United States as K-12. The next step is to become number one in robotics education nationwide, to rank among the top three in the entire Physical AI robotics industry, and to become one of the most valuable companies of the Physical AI era.
Jerry: I am very pleased that we have completed our listing in New York, and our business has also been launched in the New York region. What I look forward to the most is not just seeing the good performance of FFR's stock price, but more importantly, seeing the rapid progress of our business. This will further solidify our strong position as the first company in the United States to deliver humanoid and bionic robots, as well as our future prospects. Let's continue to focus on doing our business well and create value for our shareholders. Thank you!
YT: Thank you all, see you next week!
