New York, November 1 (Reuters/ PR Newswire ) – Before jumping off a cliff, Jamie Leibert will pause for a few seconds first.

He checked his equipment, secured the guiding parachute, adjusted his wingsuit, and regulated his breathing. The final decision could only be made by him. After a brief silence, he looked towards the horizon.

"Three, two, one."

He took a step forward.

Today, TESSAN officially premiered his new documentary " Jump Into The Unknown ". This film follows professional adventure athlete and filmmaker Jamie Leibert and his wife, photography director and editor Sandra Zinovyev, documenting their 30-day adventure in the Swiss Alps.

Jamie Leibert is known as the " Captain Man token issuer rn" and is a professional adventure athlete and filmmaker. His iconic " climb and fly " project combines big rock climbing with paragliding and mini-wing flying. His footprints have reached over 80 countries. He is also the founder of Battling Monsters, a movement that explores the connections between fear, resilience, and mental health through adventures, video footage, and non-profit work. For Jamie, flying is not just a few seconds in the air. The majority of the experience actually takes place before takeoff: assessing the weather, planning the route, checking equipment, and training both physically and mentally to be ready for that moment of standing on the edge.

This perspective became the starting point for “Jump Into The Unknown”.

In this project, TESSAN and Jamie collaborated to create a documentary that focuses not just on that final leap. The camera captures the entire process of how a journey unfolds.

When plans change

This time, Jamie, Sandra, and their three-legged rescue dog Journey set off for a 30-day exploration of the Swiss Alps. They entered the mountains without a predetermined outcome in mind, carrying only one question with them.

What kind of experience is truly worth taking a risk for?

They quickly realized that the answers would not appear according to the schedule. The weather conditions changed in an instant, forcing them to adjust their routes, and equipment and transportation also introduced new variables into the equation.

What seemed like a clear schedule was rewritten time and again by reality. The initial search for the ideal destination gradually turned into an exploration of all the experiences along the way.

The meaning of adventure also shifts from simply reaching a goal to experiencing the process itself. When the route changes, they re-evaluate; when the weather does not permit flying, they wait; when things go wrong, they adjust.

In the film, Jamie asks, "What is a perfect journey?" His answer is simple: "It's not the destination, but the journey itself."

In the view of Jamie, a journey requires space to unfold, with different levels and chapters. Those moments that were not part of the original plan ultimately became an important part of their 30-day experience in the Alps.

Courage arises before the takeoff.

The film devotes a great deal of space to showing the preparatory work behind each flight. Jamie treks through deep snow, surveys routes between massive rock walls, and works together with Sandra to adapt to the constantly changing conditions.

Even with years of flying experience, when Jamie stands on the edge, fear still exists genuinely.

This documentary does not present fear as something that can be easily overcome. Instead, it shows how Jamie learns to coexist with fear.

Before taking off, he checks his physical and mental state to return to a focused condition again. The goal is not to make fear disappear, but to make clear decisions while fear still exists.

As he said in the film: "Courage is taking the first step into the unknown."

The unknown can be a mountain yet to be climbed, a unfamiliar route, or an unpredictable flight. But it can also appear in everyday life: a new decision, a new relationship, or a fresh start.

Sometimes, it's just a decision to move forward even when there is no clear answer.

Cross-disciplinary brand connections

“Jump Into The Unknown” is the first documentary co-created by TESSAN and Jamie Leibert, and it is also one of the core components of TESSAN’s “Courage Charge” brand campaign.

A journey leaves us with more than just the final destination; it also shapes how we respond to changes along the way.

For TESSAN, charging means helping people to stay powered on while moving, traveling, and exploring. The journey of Jamie embodies another kind of “charge”: the ability to pause, adjust, and continue moving forward even when conditions change and plans fail.

TESSAN CEO Alex stated: "We don't want to create a commercial story around Jamie. We hope to give the camera space to capture everything that really happens. Courage is not about having no fear, but about making the next move even when fear is still present. With TESSAN, we power devices and also aim to support people in stepping into the unknown and discovering what will happen next."

Beyond the unknown lies the next journey.

From the valleys to the snow-capped peaks, from climbing to flying, this 30-day adventure has finally come to an end. But for Jamie and Sandra, this is just one chapter in a much longer journey.

The road ahead will bring new destinations, new environments, and new uncertainties. By co-creating this film, TESSAN looks forward to continuing to journey alongside Jamie and Sandra, and is eager to see where their next chapter will take them.

The choices they make outside of extreme sports are also part of this story. What would we do when plans change, the answers are unclear, and it's up to us to decide what to do next?

Perhaps this is exactly the question that “Jump Into The Unknown” ultimately leaves to the audience.

The unknown will always exist. All we can decide is whether it's worth taking the next step or not.

Goldman Sachs interprets gold price falling below $4,000: Structural buying still exists, but it is more likely to continue to decline in the short term
Goldman Sachs stated that the recent decline in gold prices below $4,000 per ounce is mainly due to accelerated selling by "other" categories of accounts and non-reportable accounts, rather than being driven by hedge funds. Although central banks around the world continue to buy gold, the volume and speed of their purchases are not yet sufficient to counteract the selling pressure driven by liquidity. Goldman Sachs believes that positions have not been fully liquidated, and bearish sentiment in the options market is intensifying. $3,850 is seen as the next key support level, but there is still a possibility of further declines.
