Emergys and Glean have reached a cooperation to accelerate the implementation of enterprise AI and proxy AI.

This collaboration combines the professional capabilities of AI platform, which belongs to Glean, with Emergys on SAP, ServiceNow, BMC, Salesforce and other enterprise platforms. The aim is to transform scattered data and processes into measurable investment returns.

Raleigh, North Carolina, November 2nd / PRNewswire / -- Digital transformation services company Emergys announces a partnership with enterprise AI's platform Glean to help the enterprise advance from pilot to production environment for AI and proxy systems. Despite the significant investment in the core platform, key knowledge is still scattered across various locations.

Glean addresses this issue through three fundamental pillars: the first is the enterprise platform, which helps teams build customized AI agents on top of various models; the second is the deep knowledge context graph, which is used to connect dispersed information; the third is the intelligent architecture, which can reduce the AI and token usage for Emergys customers. Emergys is responsible for designing, deploying, and operating critical business enterprise systems and workflows—implementing the foundational platform, while Glean unifies the knowledge across these platforms.

Under this collaboration, customers will receive unified AI search and knowledge capabilities that cover the ERP, ESM, and CRM platforms, as well as a proxy-based workflow that combines the Glean Agents with the Emergys across EMY platforms. In addition, the alliance between the two parties will also provide AI driven managed services for business process automation, accelerate the resolution of issues at the L1 to L3 level, and enhance the corporate value chain by utilizing the context graph of Glean.

Emergys CEO Krishna Prabhu stated: " Glean has created a tremendous synergistic effect within the Emergys customer base, serving as a powerful complement to our existing solutions, models, and the AI framework. By combining the flexibility of multiple models with a complete corporate context, we enable AI to be effective in scaled scenarios. We are helping customers optimize token efficiency and transforming dispersed data and processes into truly measurable business results."

Glean, Vice President of Partnerships, stated: "To advance AI agents from a pilot phase to production, not only do we need powerful models, but also a credible corporate context, as well as professional capabilities to integrate AI into critical business workflows. By combining the corporate context of Glean with Emergys's extensive implementation experience, we are helping organizations apply AI within their existing systems and drive meaningful business outcomes."

The two companies will jointly seek joint opportunities in core enterprises, mid-sized markets, and high-tech deployments on a global scale.
